Somatic,psychological and social factors in subclinical patients

Abstract
    [Objective] To elucidate the influence of somatic,psychological and social fators in subclinical patients. [Method] The questionaire of rating scale survey form was used and it should be filled by each patient himself. [Result] The onset of symptoms was associated with the stress of psychological and social factors either in subclinical patients or healthy person.Psychosocial factors had greatest influence on the symptoms onset but healthy people seldom had the somatic symptoms due to their high ability to meet their poor body condition. [Conclusion] It is necessary to differentiate a sub-clinical state through estimation of somatic,psychological and social factors,to find causes of the onset and educate them to avoid their influence.
