| The etiology of SARS is epidemic pathogenic factors and the affected organs are the lungs. It has strong infectivity and similar to pulmonary pestilence, toxic pulmonary pestilence and seasonal pulmonary pestilence. In early stage the herbs for removing toxin and clearing heat can stop the development and improve the symptoms, while in the crisis case can lower mortality rate. Aroma herbs for eliminating dampness should be added according to the mechanisms of virulent heat pathogen invading the human body accompanied with dampness. The other methods such as compositive therapeutic method has a positive significance in the treatment of SARS. The treatment for SARS should be given from various aspects. |
