Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the immunological mechanism of Futongning Granule in treating Endometriosis (EMS). [Methods] The rat model of EMS was made by surgical implantation. All rats were divided into 6 groups. T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood, immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgG, IgM, IgE and Complement 3 (C3) in serum were detected. [Result] 1) CD3, CD4 and CD8 in model group were different to that in control group, P<0.01. The effect of each group has no difference with that in control group except CD4 in danazol group and CD8 in Futongning low dosage treatment group, P>0.05. 2) IgA, IgG and C3 in model group was higher than that in control group, P<0.01. IgM was also enhanced, P<0.05. The data in each treatment group except Futongning low dosage group were normal, compared with that in blank control group, P>0.05. There was no difference of IgE between each group. [Conclusion] Futongning Granule can regulate the immunological capacity in EMS. |
