Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the influence of Qiangxin Chongji on neuroendocrine level in rats with congestive heart failure (CHF). [Methods] Seventy CHF models were made in wistar rats according to the modified method by constriction of abdominal aorta. Captopril and Shengmaiyin (a patent Chinese medicine) were used as konwn drug. There still were model group and blank group. AngiotensinⅡ(AⅡ) was detected before and after treatment. Qiangxin Chongji could inhibit the activity of renin-angiotensin, improve heart function and thus ammeliorate clinical symptoms in CHF and decrease death rate. [Conclusion] Qiangxin Chongji have influence on neuroendocrine in rats with CHF. |
