Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the mechanism of Siwu Decoction and every combination of two herbs in it on mice with blood deficiency syndrome. [Methods] The blood deficiency model was by systemic irradiation of 60Coγ-ray on mice. Peripheral hemogram, CD34+ cell, cell cycle, proliferation of NFS60 cell and hemopioetic cell were observed. [Result] 1) All indexes of Siwu Decoction was superior to that of other combination. 2) The combination related with Danggui could improve CFU-E, CFU-Mix and CFU-GM and enhance WBC. The combination related with Dihuang could promote the proliferation of CFU-E. The combination related with Baishao could improve the proliferation of NF60 cell markedly. The combination related with Chuanxiong could promote CD34 antigen expression and accelerate cell transformation from G0/1 phase to S phase. The effect of the last combination was associated with ligustrazine. [Conclusion] The whole decoction, Siwu Decoction is superior to other combination. The effect target and the effect strength of each combination is different. |
