Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the change of Ca2+ in SGC-7901, for exploring the mechanism of apoptosis induced by SPFS. [Methods] Intracellulari [Ca2+]i was measured with laser confocal microscopy using Fluo-a/Amoribe labeling technique. [Result] SFPS, increased [Ca2+]i first and then declined. After giving CaCl2, i rise again. [Conclusion] SFPS can induce apoptosis of cancer cells through enhancing [Ca2+]i in SGC-7091. This kind of rises of Ca2+ is from the release of cellular storage. |
