| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To verify the presence of qi disorder of psychosomatic diseases objectively from macroscopic behavior science and to study the interveution of Chinese medicine. [Methods] The rat model with diabetes 2 was induced by various kinds of psychosomatic stress and small dosage STZ. The behavior influence of rats with diabetics 2 was assessed by classic Open Field Test. The regrlation effect of XinshenⅤ, a patent medicine with the function of regulating qi, lowering the reverse, dispeling the hard mass, was observed. [Results] Psychological stress could cause abnormal behavior in rats with diabetics 2. [Conclusion] The abnormal behavior of rats with experimental diabetes 2 induced by psychological stress is the macroscopic appearance of qi disorders and XinshengⅤcan regulate it markedly. |
