Abstract
Through reviewing the historical change of TCM’s subject development the shows total frame about the construction of TCM’s subject is showed.In order to develop a large and first level subject,the first is the basic of subject’s development.Second, using research to high level of education and directing clinic is needed.The last is clinic.We can’t be short of any one about those three aspects. At the same time,it is also showed what is the conditions that the leaders of subjects should possess and how to cultivate the leaders of subject.
