Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the age-related changes in telomere of brain cell of mice with brain aging animal.[Methods] SAMP10 was taken as as brain aging animal model. The Southern hybridization was used to measure the changes in telmere of brain cell in different month-age between SAMR1 and SAMP10.[Results] The length of telomere in SAM was 17~25 kb and there was a decreasing trend in brain cell telomere of SAMP 10 while aging.[Conclusion] The contraction of cell telomere has a marked correlation to senile. |
