| [Objective] To explore the mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on gastritis due to Hp.[Methods] The model was making by made the rats with chronic gastritis infect Hp. Xinkai Decoction, Kujiang Decoction, Xinkai Kujiang Decoction, Banxia Xiexin Decoction were given separately. The normal group and the control group of western medicine were also established simultaneously. The contents of SOD and MDA in serum and gastric mucosa in each group were detected.[Results] Serum SOD in each group was higher than control group of western medicine enhanced with significant difference (P<0.05). Kujiang Decoction group and Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of small dosage had significant effect and obvious difference was found (P<0.01) in Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of lager dosage. The gastric SOD in two Banxia Xiexin Decoction groups are also elevated(P<0.05, P<0.01).The serum MDA was decreased in Xinkai Decoction, Kujiang Decoction, Xinkai and Kujiang Decoction, and Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of small dosage(P<0.05) and in Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of large dosage (P<0.01).[Conclusion] Banxia Decoction can decrease the injury of gastric mucosa induced by free oxygen radical by improving the activity of SOD and decreasing or blocking lipid peraxidation. |
