Abstract
[Objective] To observe the influence of Qingjie Huoueling Prescription(QHP)on TNFα secreted by abdominal stimulated MΦ cultured in vitro.[Methods] TNFα was secreted by abdominal MΦ which stimulated by selected LPS.Then the influence of QHP on TNFα was observed.The activity of TNFα was detected by MTT.[Results] QHP with different concentration could inhibit the secretion The activiby of TNFα in QHP Group was lower than that in LPS group of different time points after treatment.[Conclusion] QHP can inhibit MΦ secreting TNFα induced by LPS.
