Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the mechanism and active constituents of Si-Wu-Tang on the blood deficiency induced by using 60Coγ irradiation.[Methods] Blood deficient mice were established by using 60Coγ irradiation, the ability of colony-forming unit of bone marrow cells and the number of circulating blood cells have been observed, the molecule mechanism of Paeoniae on enriching blood was investigated by gene chip.[Results] Si-Wu-Tang and its butyalcohol and h2o extracts could increase the numbers of circulating white blood cells, Si-Wu-Tang and Paeoniae could increased the ability of colony-forming, GM-CSF, G-CSF, PDGF-α increased and MIP decreased in stromal cells treated by Paeoniae.[Conclusion] Paeoniae might be one of active constituents of Si-Wu-Tang on the blood deficiency, stimulated producing GM-CSF, G-CSF,PDGF-α in stromal cells mignt be the mechanism of SWT on the BD mice. |
