| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Changan capsule on immune mechanism in rats with ulcerative colitis,and to explore its mechanism of action.[Methods] Modle rats were established by the methods of immune and local stimulation, and the content of serum immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A, (IgG, IgA), circulatory immunocomplex(CIC), interleukin-2(IL-2), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of each group were detected after the treatment.[Results] The content of serum IgG and CIC increased in experimental rats, the level of IL-2 and TNF-α remained abnormal. The above indexes all had obvious improvement after the treatment.[Conclusion] Changan capsule can inhibit the synthesis of IgG, clear CIC, inhibit the yields of TNF-α,and regulate the level of IL-2. |
