| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect on cerebral infarction of acute stages treated with promoting diuresis and smoothing collateral method. [Methods] One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction, diagnosed by standard of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in treatment group were given Lishuitongluo oral liquid (composed of shuizhi, zelan, yimucao, fuling, zexie, chuanxiong, dilong, binbian, dahuang etc,) combined with routine western medicine therapy, and 30 cases in control group were given routine western medicine therapy only.After 14 days treatment, clinical effect and changes of neurologic impairment, hemorheology were observed according to the "Evalution standard of diagnosis and therapeutic effect for stroke" before and after treatment. [Result] Obvious improvement of each index was observed in treatment group (P<0.01, P<0.05) and there was significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] Promoting diuresis and smoothing collateral prescription can enhance the clinical effect obviously in treating of acute cerebral infarction. |
