| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the influence of Sini Decoction on cardiac contractility in coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. [Methods] One hundred and two cases were randomly divided into control group (n=51) and treatment group (n=51) treated with Sini Decoction, nifedipine, isosorbide dinitrate,enteric solubility aspirin respectively. The symptoms and indexes of all patiens were recorded before and after treatment. [Result] The relieve rate of angina pectoris symptoms and improvement of electrocardiogram had no significant difference between these two groups. Remarkable improvement of cardiac functional index was observed in treatment group after treatment. Significant differences in SV,EF were existed when compared with those in control group after treatment.In treatment group the effect in decreasing plasma total cholesterol (TC),serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was superior to that in control. [Conclusion] Sini Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on improvement of cardiac function, regulation of blood lipid metabolism, and can help to increase the long-term effect. |
