Abstract
|
Jaundice was first seen in NeiJing. Zhongjing provided some concrete treatment methods. Before Tang and Sung dynasty, the meticulous classification and miscellaneous items about them made the doctors hard to identify clearly. According to the character of jaundice,LUO Tian-yi in Yuan dynasty summed up it into "yanghuang" and "yinhuang". These made the causes, symptoms and treatment simple and clear, and were applied by the medical circles thus far. The causes of jaundice was nothing but dampness evil or internal injury of internal organs. For yanghuang treatment should be clearing fire and making urine smooth, and in yinhuang should be nourishing and regulating spleen and kidney; The precious experiences of Doctor GUAN You-bo are also worth further investigation. |
