Abstract

Hyperuricemic nephropathy was thought to be a kind of common diseases in western countries, which was rarely seen in our country in the past. In recent years, with the improvement of economic condition, the changes of diet component, the increasing intake of proteins and food rich in purine, the disease incidence tends to increase in our country. So, in this article an attempt is made to explore the diagnosis and treatment with Chinese traditional and western medicine in primary hyperuricemic nephropathy in order to provide certain guide for prompt and accurate diagnosis, appropriate and effective treatment. |
