| Abstract

| [Objective] To develop a method using HPLC for determination content of Paeonol. C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm) was used. [Methods] Methanol-water (75:25) was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.00 mL/min. Detection was carried out at 274nm.The external standard method was used. [Results] It has a good linear correlation in 0.0413～0.2065 μg (r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.8% (RSD=1.02%,n=6). [Conclusion] This method provided simple and rapid method to analyze Paeonol in Yangyinqingfei Granula. |
