| Looking to the twenty-first century, the integration job of Chinese medicine and west medicine has a heavy task to finish and a long way to go. This article points out that there are 3 forms in the integration of Chinese medicine and west medicine, i.e., crossing and giving consideration to both, supplementing each other, integrating and originating. New things will be appeared from these 3 forms one level after another. Five tasks are included in the integration:taking part in preventing and treating of serious disease actively; strengthening the basic research of TCM’s theory; carrying on the research in special field and phenomenon in TCM; supporting the research of Chinese medicinal herbs and Chinese medicine emphatically; participating in the research of back-genes group. |
