| Abstract

| [Objective] To discuss the effect of DengZhanHua injection and TongFang dialysis on endotoxin induced IL-1β transcription and interpretation in single nucleus cell.[Methods] Single nucleus cell,Tongfang dialysis membrane,lipopolysaccharide and Dengzhanhua were cultured together,the IL-1βwas determined by bioassay.[Results] Marked difference was observed when compared with normal group,DengZhanHua could inhibit IL-1β in different degree.The expression of IL-1β could be inhibited in,dialysis therapeutic group and non-dialysis therapeutic group.[Conclusion] Tongfang dialysis membrane, lipopolysaccharide induce the IL-1βtranscription and interpretation. |
