Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation in SARS patients in convalescent period.[Methods] Fifteen SARS patients hospitalized in Tianjin Infectious Hospital and discharged from Tianjin Haihe hospital were selected.Based on therapy with syndrome differentiation in TCM.The therapeatic method includes:1)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis; 2)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,nourishing liver and kidney in qi deficiency and blood stasis associated with kidney deficiency; 3)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation, eliminating wind and activating collaterals in qi deficiency and blood stasis added with phlegm blocking collaterals; 4)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,dispersing stagnated hepatopi in qi deficiency and blood stasis associated with hepatic stagration.[Results] After treatment,the clinical symptom,the function of lung and the X-rays of chest are all improved evidently.[Conclusion] There is a good therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation on SARS patients at recovery stage. |
