| [Objective] To discuss Leber disease’s characteristic and its heredity mechanism.[Methods] The disease was observed by clinic treatment cases and literature report at home and abroad.[Results] Sufferer’s clinic symptom was improved by acupuncture.[Conclusion] Leber disease is a type of chondriosome heredity disease. Incidence of the disease in young adults is high.It always cause eyesight letdown rapid.It has no specially good effect at treatment yet.So the disease lay stress on prevention.It needs do well at medicine heredity consultation. Acupuncture has certain therapeutic effect on Leber disease. |
