| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of clearing brain and nourishing marrow method on vascular dementia(VD).[Methods] Sixty cases with vascular dementia,diagnosed by CT or MRI,were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given clearing brain and nourishing marrow acupuncture methods;control group was given Yinxingye、Naofuxin oral liquids. Intellect Score was measured by dementia measuring scale modified by Nagatanikawa.[Results] There was no significant difference of each score between two groups(P>0.05)before and after treatment. Each score was enhanced after treatment,and had significant difference comparing with that before treatment(P<0.001). Score difference after treatment between two groups was significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Clearing brain and nourishing marrow method has obvious clinical effect on vascular dementia. |
