| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the protective function of Jiuxin capsule on endothelial cell by inhibiting the expression of adhesion molecule in injured endothelial cell.[Methods] Injured endothelial cell model was established by hypoxia and giving low density lipoprotein(LDL). The effect of two kinds of different solutions:sterilized extract fluids of Chinese herbs and drug-carried serum were administered. The expression of adhesion molecule was determined by immunocytochemistry.[Results] Obviously increased expression of adhesion molecule was observed after injury of endothelial cell,Jiuxin capsule decreased its expression significantly.[Conclusion] Jiuxin capsule has a good protective action against endothelial cell injury.It can produce a delay in occurrence and development of coronary heart diseases by preventing endothelial cell injury induced by inflammatory mediators. |
