| [Objective]To observe the long-term therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis therapy with Chinese herbal medicine Qing Bi Troche.[Methods]Sixty RA cases were treated with Qing Bi Troche in treatment group,and with 4-aminofolic acid in control group,All the two groups were followed-up for three years.[Result]The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.34%,and control group was 93.75%.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).No poison and ill effect appeared in treatment group.[Conclusion]The therapeutic effect for RA with Chinese herbal medicine Qing Bi Troche is equal to that with4-aminofolic acids.It can control the RA progress,stop joint disor-ganization progress,and without poison and ill effect.It is safe and effective medicine for RA therapy. |
