Abstract
|
[ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Shenmai Injection on slow arrhythmia and hypotension in patients with right ventricle infarction.[Methods]Seventy-five cases accorded with the criterion were selected.Of them58cases combined with slow arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group(with shenmai injection)and control group(without Shenmai injection). The average dosage of atropine was compared.Fourty-one cases combined with hypotension were randomly di-vided into treatment group(Shenmai injection and dopamine)and control group(dopamine). The sustained periods and the maximum concentration of dopamine were compared.[Result]Compared with the control group,Shenmai injection could obviously increase ventricular rate and decrease the dosages of atropine in patients with slow arrhythmia in treatment group. In patients with hypotension,Shenmai injection could shorten the maintenance periods of dopamine(P<0.05),and descend the maximum concentration of dopamine(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Shenmai injection possesses good therapeutic effect on slow arrhythmia and hypotension in patients with right ventricle infarction. |
