Abstract
|
[Objective]To observe the effect of Qingrehuazhi granule on the digestive function in experimental animal.[Methods]The activity of gastric pepsin, content of gastric acid, and the propulsive rate of intestine in rats were deter-mined.[Result]The increase of total amount of gastric acid, the free acid and the activity of gastric pepsin was higher in Qingrehuazhi granule group than that of normal group,(P<0.01).The propulsive rate of small intestine in normal mice and atropine hydrochloride loaded mice was beter than that of normal group and drug control group,(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The mechanism of the granule in treating children food retention is probably associated with effectively increasing the free and total gastric acid, raising the activity of pepsin, promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis, and finally promoting digestion. |
