Abstract
[Objective]To determine the choline content in leaves of diospyros and provide a method of its quality control.[Methods]Spectrophotometry was used.[Result]The average recovery rate was 99.98% with 0.23% RSD.[Conclusion]This method is accurate and reliable,and can be used as a method of quality control.
