Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the partial mechanism of brain senescence in SAMP10,and the improvement function of“Yiqitiaoxue,fubenpeiyuan”on senile symptoms of brain.[Method] cDNA Array technique was used,and the expression difference of 588 genes of front brain was observed in SAMP10and SAMR1,meanwhile the influence of“Yiqitiaoxue,fubenpeiyuan”on the expression of the above mentioned gene was observed.[Results] Compared with SAMR1,the expression of glutathione transferase S,HSP86,fibroblast growth factor FGF,and NF-kappa-B p 65 subunit 4 gene relative to oxidation stress response in SAMP10was upregulated,while acupuncture could decrease the expression.[Conclusion] The rapid senescence of SAMP10may be related to the upregulated level of oxidation stress gene in the brain,acupuncture can improve it and so as to retard brain senescence. |
