| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of“Tiaozhong”method on peripheral facial paralysis.[Methods] One hundred and twenty-four cases of patients16～30days after onset of the disease were randomly divided into treatment group(72cases)and control group(52cases).In treatment group,Yintang,Renzhong,Chengjiang were selected as the main points,combined with Taiyang penetrating to Dicang,Zuanzhu,Yangbai,Sibai,Quanliao,Xiaguan,Yinxiang,Fengchi,Hegu etc.In control group,Taiyang penetrating to Hegu were selected only.Clinical effect and amount of electric potential in motor unit detected by muscle electricity evlked potentiometer were observed before and after treatment.[Result] Every indexes were improved obviously after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and there was significant fefference compared to control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] “Tiaozhong”method can enhance clinical effect in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. |
