Abstract
    SUN Yi-kui was a doctor of Ming dynasty.He had original idea on the research of life origin problem.He indicated life origin with Taiji picture,discussed life origin with Mingmen theory,put emphasis on the important progress of human life formation,and formed a systemic,consummate life original theory.He gave important contribution to the development of Chinese medicine academic.
