Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect of aconite matched with pinellia, fritillaria, trichosanthes, mapelopsis, bletallae on the content of cytochrome P450 and b5.[Method] Rat liver microsomal cytochrome P450,b5 contents were quantitated by UV chromatography.[Result] Compared with single used group,P450,b5 contents were obeviously decreased in combinative used group(p<0.001~0.05).[Conclusion] The contents of P450,b5 changed when these herbs were used together, giving effect on drug metabolism. |
