Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the preparation of the model of chronic congestive heart failure(CCHF)in rat.[Methods] The CCHF models was made by applying abdominal artery constriction.Whether successful or not in model producing was determined by testing the hemodynamic indexes.[Result] The HR in model group ascended from381.00±52.36per minute to471.00±57.84per minute(p<0.05);LEVT shortened from(80.27±24.02)ms to(52.55±22.26)ms.Both SV and CO descended significantly(p<0.05).It showed that the cardiac function descended obviously in model group 3 weeks after operation, while that in the control group had not any changes. The comparisons of HR,LVET,CO and SV between groups showed significant differences(p<0.05).[Conclusion] The model is made successfully. At the same time, obvious clinical syndromes in the CCHF rats are observed.Significant changes in the cardiac muscles of the rats can be observed electromicroscopically. |
