Abstract
[Objective] To approach the mechanism of salvianolic acid B in protecting cardiac capillaries endothelial cell(CMEC)against hypoxia.[Methods] Based on the protective mechanism of the advanced adaptation, the expression of protein kinase C-mRNA was observed with molecular biology method, and the protective mechanism of salvianolic acid B on cells was approached.[Result] The expression of C-mRNA was upregulated in salvianolic acid B treated group and better than that in surpassed hypoxia advanced adaptation group(HPC).[Conclusion] Salvianolic acid B advanced adaptation has a similar cellular protective effect as HPC.It can enhance the tolerance longer hypoxia and ambohypoxia. The mechanism may be produced by related to the expressions of the protein kinase C-mRNA.
