| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effects of Jinqi Sugar Lowering Tablet on plasma PAI-1and t-PA activity in high-fat and insulin resistant rats.[Methods] Insulin resistant animal model was produced with high fat feeding.The changes of insulin sensitivity index and plasma PAI-1and t-PA activity in high-fat and insulin resistant rats after Jinqi Tablet administration were observed.[Results] After feeding for eight weeks,high fot(HF)group was significant lower than NC group in insulin sensitivity index(ISI),so insulin resistant moddl was made.After feeding for fourteen weeks model group was significant lower than Jinqi tabelt group in t-PA(P<0.01).Model group was significant higher than Jinqi tabelt group in PAI-1(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Jinqi Tablet can improve insulin resistance and fibrinolytic system activity,reduce plasma PAI-1activity,increase plasma t-PA activity in rats. |
