| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the influence of“Tiaogandaozhuo”herbs on concentration of Ca2+,expression of Cmyc and proliferation of SMC.[Methods] PCNA positive cell rate and Cmyc positive expression rate were detected by external SMC technique,and immunohistochemical method,[Ca2+] was determined by load fluorescence indicator Fura-2/AM.[Result] The PCNA positive cell rate and Cmyc positive expression rate in high-fat serum culture group was higher than that of normal group(P<0.01).“Tiaogandaozhuo”herbs made the PCNA positive rate obviously lower than that of control group by descending [Ca2+]and inhibiting of the expression of Cmyc,(P<0.01).[Conclusion] “Tiaogandaozhuo”herbs possess good regulating and controlling effect on the proliferation of SMC,and hence effectively prevent the occurring and development of atherosclerosis(AS). |
