| [Objective] To improve the determining method of total Rehum anthrapuinone in Rehum herb by visible-spectrophotometric.[Methods] Scanning the spectrum interval in two hours after the coloration of1.8-dihydro- anthrapuine and alkine.The standard curbe was drawn after that the control was handled with same process as samples.[Result] The maximum wavelength was confirmed.The error due to wet hot decomposing of the sample during the determination course was eliminated.[Conclusion] By the methodology inspection,the method. |
