| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect of synthetic intervention in treating depression with body discomfort as the chief complaints.[Method] One hundred and fourteen cases were randomly divided into treatment group(except for anti- depression medicine,synthetic psychological intervention and treatment combined with TCM differentiation treatment were given)and control group(anti-depression medicine only)according to the sequence number during the psychological examination.[Results] HAMD subtraction scale in each times point was observed after treatment,and analyzed result by Riddt showed P<0.01.The improvement of HAMD in the end of 2 weeks,4weeks,8weeks in treatment group was more obvious than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Synthetic intervention can effectively treat depression syndromes whose chief complaints are body discomfort. |
