Abstract
The investigation in digital human revealed that the basis of acupuncture treatment in TCM was correlated with connective tissue of fascia distributed in the whole body.Amongst the most effective of these are positions abundant in sensory nerve ending and capillary lymphatic vessels. The evolution and genesis of fascia discussed from the point of view of phylogenesis and ontogeny considered that a surveillance system of the changes of internal environment and a functional system for modulating homeostasis were existed all along in the organisms in the course of phylogenesis from multi-cellular organism to high-class animal. That was auto-modulating system. In embryogenesis this system characterized by growing into fascia from interstitial tissue and mesoderm.According to the acupuncture mechanism described in the past it was suggested that the basis of mechanical stimulation in the treatment of various diseases was rested on the regulation through nerve, neuroendocrine and autoimmunity.
