Abstract
|
[Objective] To verify the effectiveness and reliability of Keqingling in treating lung phlegm heat syndrome in children with acute bronchitis. [Methods] Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups, compared with corre-sponding control. [Results] The effective rate was 85% in the treated group, which was higher significantly than that in the control group P<0.01).The improvement of some symptoms, including cough, abnormal pulses, finger mark and the difference of score between pre-treatment and post-treatment,in the treated group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05-0.01).The WBC count and X-ray film were remarkably improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05-0.01).No abnormal changes of reliability markers had been observed. [Conclusion] Keqingling possesses better effects and clinical reliability in treating lung phlegm heat syndrome in children with acute bronchitis. |
