| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Yizhiningshen Particles on ADHD(hyperkinetic symptom)in child. [Methods] Yizhiningshen Particles was given in treatment group.Ritalin was given in control group.Continuous treatment for 6 weeks comprised one course,and followed up for 2 weeks.The total therapeutic effect,the effect of TCM syndromes,ADHD index were observed before and after treatment. [Results] There was no significant difference in total therapeutic effect between two groups(P<0.05).Effect of TCM syndromes,ADHD index and result of follow up in treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Yizhiningshen Particles possess satisfactory therapeutic effect on ADHD in child. |
