| Abstract

| [Objective] the effect of Yugong(uterus-nourishing)capsule on the number of uterus arterioles and blood perfusion in uterus hypogenesis rats. [Methods] The female healthy SD rats were divided randomly into four groups:normal group,model group,Yougui pill group and Yugong capsule group.They were fed with different medicament respec-tively and killed eighteen days later.The vascular number of myometrium and their diameter of rats in each group were measured to observe the effect of different management. [Results] Yugong capsule could markedly increase not only the number but also the diameter and had obvious statistical difference compared with model group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Yugong capsule may improve the uterus blood perfusion and increase the depth of myometrium in rats with uterus hypo-genesis caused by Kidney-yang deficiency.So Yugong capsule may facilitate uterus growth and development. |
