Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the mechanisms of Tongjingning(dysmenorrheal-treating)Granule in analgesic function and the changes of ovary hormone in the course of PD(primary dysmenorrheal. [Methods] Rats were divided into three group randomly:control group treated with Aspirin(western medicine),model group with oxytocin and normal control group. The incidence rate of writhe reaction over the period of30min and60min was observed and the serum E2,P and the content of β-EP in hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary, uterus and plasma were detected by radioimmuassay(RIA). [Results] The incidence rate of writhe reaction in Tongjingning treated group is lower significantly than that of model group.Nega-tive correlation was found between E2 and β-EP.Positive correlation, however, was obtained between p and β-EP(P<0.01).The contents of β-EP in hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary, uterus and plasma in Tongjingning group were higher than that of model group and Aspirin group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Tongjingning has a function of restraining convulsion and alleviating contraction of uterus muscle, can relieve convulsion and has analgesic effect.Ovary hormone is related to the pathologic occurring of PD.Tonjingning has a central and peripheral analgesic functions and can adjust the content of β-EP possibly by regulating ovary hormone. |
