Abstract
|
[Objective] To determine the antibacterial activity of decoction of Galla Chinensis against100strains of coagu-lase-negative Staphylococci(CNS)in vitro by a new method of antibacterial test for traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] The decoction of Galla Chinensis was diluted with agar and an antibacterial experiment was carried by M-H a-gar. [Result] The antibacterial effect of galla Chinensis against CNS(hemolytic Staphylococci etc)was marked(MIC50:0.051mg/mL,1:10240),and the MIC90against S.heamolyticus and S.lugdunensis was 0.203mg/mL(1:2560).The MIC90 against 44 strains S.hominis etc was0.203mg/mL(1:2560). [Conclusion] The study provided experimental basis for the cure of infection caused by CNS. |
