| Abstract

| [Objective] To establish a method for the content determination of Rhein in Zhikexiao Capsule. [Methods] A simple HPLC method for determination of Rhein was established.The determination was carried out on ODS column with mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(83:17:0.2)and detection wave-length at 254nm. [Result] The Rhein sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.1～0.5μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The average re-covery rate of the added sample was 99.97%.RSD was 1.91%. [Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate,reproducibe and can be used for content determination of preparation and medicinal materials. |
