| [Objective] To research the anti-endotoxin and immunity modulation effect of Antiphlogistic tablet with Forsythia Fruit. [Methods] Lipoperoxid(LPO) in liver mitochondrion,acid phosphatasse(ACP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)ac-tivity in lysosome of endotoxic rats were determined and the mortality rate was observed.Hemolysin of mice was measured by serum antibody check method and local delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH)was induced by dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB),and thymus exponent and spleen exponent were recorded. [Result] Antiphlogistic tablet with Forsythia Fruit could decrease the concentration of LPO and ACP and increase SOD activity.It had marked protective effect against en-dotoxic mortality in mice,markedly increase serum HC50 content,increase delayed hypersensitivity(DHC)and increase thymus and spleen exponent. [Conclusion] Antiphlogistic tablet with Forsythia Fruit has anti-endotoxin action and may improve cell and fluid immunity of the organism. |
