Abstract

[Objective] To establish the method for content determination of gallic acid in fresh fruit of fructus phyllanthi. [Methods] Dual-wavelength TCL was used with λs 285nm,λR 350nm and SX3. [Result] The standard curve of gallic acid was linear in the range of 0.196-0.98μg.The average content of gallic acid in fresh fruit of fructus phyllanthi was 0.73mg/g and the average recovery rate was 92.4%~98.4%. [Conclusion] This method is accurate,reproducible and can provide a scientific index for controlling the qualities of this medicinal material. |
