Abstract
|
[Objective]To investigate the protective effect of HHI-Ⅰ against cerebrail blood flow disturbance induced by dextran in rats.[Methods] Disturbance of cerebral blood flow was produced by intravenous injection of high molecule dextran (10%) in rats.HHI-Ⅰ was administered.1 mL per min, simultaneously with injection of dextran or 30 min before it to observe its protective action against the damaged brain microcirculation.Blood flow in brain was measured by laser.Doppler flowmetry (LDF).[Results] Dextran markedly reduced brain microsirculation.HHI-Ⅰ did not appear therapeutic effect but could significantly prevent the decreasing of cerebral blood flow.,[Conclusion] HHI-Ⅰ has significant protective effect against the disturbance of cerebral blood flow in rats. |
