Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the protective effect and mechanism of preconditioning with salvianolic acid B on the cardiac microvascular endothelial cells (Cmec).[Methods] We established a damage model of hypoxia-reoxygenation on CMEC in vitro by cell cultrue technique The protective effect on the cell exposed to salvianolic acid B, preconditioning, was examined with biochemistry. The rate of live cell (MTT),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide (NO),endothelin (ET) etc.were used as the evaluating parameters.[Results] Salvianolic acid B could markedly improve the survival rate of CMEC and cardiac cell, rise the activity of SOD,decrease the activity of LDH,had a tendency to lower the secretion of ET and release of NO.After hypoxia-reoxygenation salvianolic acid B could not only increase CMEC survival and SOD activity decrease LDH activity but also markedly decrease the increasing level of ET and NO resuled from hypoxia-reoxygenation.[Conclusion] Savianolic acid B conditioning has a similar effect as hypoxia-reoxygenation. |
