Abstract
|
Urinaemia is the late manifestation of chronic renal failure. It is a syndrome caused by renal hypofunction in advanced stage of many chronic renal diseases. During sclerosis of renal glomeruli, abnormality of shaoyang triple warmer in “smoothing qi movement” makes the organism impossible to keep the function of transportation and transformation of Qi,blood and body fluids, the function of distributing renal (primordial) Qi,resulting in dysfunction of five viscera, disturbance of lung, spleen, and kidney, accumulation of dampness, stasis, toxicity simultaneously. Furthermore, they are interacted, promoted each other, and a vicious cycle is set up,so that the pathologic profile of failure of all organs and prominence of toxic evil appear eventually. |
